Foundations Program
Our Foundations Program is an onboarding experience designed to set you up for success before joining regular classes. It includes 3–4 one-on-one sessions with one of our owners, where you’ll learn essential foundational movements, proper technique, and what to expect when starting your fitness journey with us.
This program is highly recommended for anyone with little to no weightlifting or functional fitness experience, as it provides personalized attention, builds confidence, and helps you feel prepared and supported from day one.
